MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT
In order to keep our prices at the lowest possible levels Marian Books and
Gifts requires a minimum purchase amount of $20 in any combination of items,
excluding any freight and handling charges.
REFUND POLICY
Marian Books and Gifts wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase, or your money will be cheerfully refunded. If you are not
satisfied with the product you purchased, please call the telephone number
listed below to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Products must be
returned, postage paid, in the original box with adequate cushioning
material to ensure a safe journey for the contents. The full
purchase price of each item which is received in undamaged, re-sellable
condition, less the original postage and handling charge will be mailed to you
within 10 days of receipt of returned items. If you prefer to receive a
replacement item of the same value, it will be shipped to you and we will
waive any postage and handling charges. Please do not return any
products without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number as we may not
have enough information to properly credit your open account or your charge
card account.
CATALOG REQUESTS
At this time, we apologize that we do not have our own retail catalog
printed. The website serves as our catalog and you may freely print out any or
all pages.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
The shipping company, usually UPS unless otherwise specified, is
responsible for all items damaged in transit. If your purchase arrives
in an apparently damaged condition, please call the shipping company whose
telephone number appears on the shipping label and report the damage to them.
You will be informed of the claims procedure. If you are not satisfied
with the response of the shipping company, please email us (first) at Service@MarianBooksandGifts.com,
or call us at 323-402-1222 x9421 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard
Time and we will do our best to assist you.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
At Marian Books and Gifts, we understand your need to receive your
purchases promptly so we strive to ship all orders on the next business day
that they are received. However, due to circumstances beyond our
control, we ask that you allow up to two weeks to receive your order. In case
some item(s) are back-ordered from our supplier(s) and we are unable to ship
within 30 days, we will notify you by e-mail before we ship in order to
confirm that you still want the item.
WHEN YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED
We will not charge your VISA or MasterCard credit card for any items which have not yet been
shipped. Therefore, please be aware that your credit card may be billed
several times, as each item or group of items is shipped. You will be billed
for shipping and handling charges only once and this charge will be included
with the first item shipped to you.
